Professionalism

Absolute Integrity is a key when serving our clients. You can be assured that whatever is discussed with us will be kept confidential. No information provided to our firm will be shared with anyone unless you specifically authorize us to do so, or it is required by law.

Our high standards for service sometimes demand that we refer you to other professionals to assist in areas outside of the scope of our expertise. For example, if you are in need of estate planning or bankruptcy services, we will make referrals to appropriate law firms.

We listen to our clients. Our advice is based on all of the facts and circumstances of your situation. Before offering any advice, we ask a lot of questions to insure that we have a complete understanding of the facts, as well as what is important to you and your family. If the answer is is not readily apparent, we ask the question in a different way. We are sensitive to the psychological and emotional responses often triggered by dealing with the IRS, as well as family situations surrounding money.

Responsiveness

We understand that when you call our firm looking for answers to your questions, there is a certain urgency to the inquiry. It is our policy to return all phone calls and e-mails the same day, but in no event later than 24 hours. Most of the time, we will answer your questions over the phone. If additional research is required, we will inform you of that and offer a time frame in which to expect a return call or e-mail.

Because we receive referrals from our clients and other professionals, we are sensitive to their needs for timely as well as accurate information.

Quality

Our primary goal as a trusted advisor is to provide thoughtful and insightful advice to enable our clients to make informed financial decisions. When the same old way of doing things is not working, innovation is required. We believe it is extremely important to continually educate ourselves to improve our technical expertise, financial knowledge and service to our clients. Every CPA in our firm completes an average of 40 hours of continuing education classes every year to stay abreast of ever changing tax laws. We use advances in hardware and software systems to improve the quality and efficiency of our work.
